Absolutely! Our website is hosted by Shopify, one of the most reputable out there. We also do not use your details for anything other than fulfilling and dispatching your order.

Customers can return their items for a refund within 14 days of receipt. If you would like to arrange a return, please contact us.

Customers are responsible for payment and arrangement of return postage, and we recommend you keep a proof of postage for your records.

Currently our dispatch days are Tuesdays and Thursdays, using Royal Mail Tracked48 and Evri Tracked Postage.

We aim to have all orders made within 3 working days, which will then be dispatched on the following closest dispatch day (Tuesday, or Thursday).

Yes of course! If your item has not been marked as dispatched, we can easily cancel your order. If your item has already been sent out to you, you will need to return it to us to recieve a refund.
